I design solutions with a user-centric mindset.

I specialize in enhancing Fintech-related products through a user-focused approach, drawing insights from work experience with leading Banks and Fintech companies such as SoFi, Galileo and Banco del Pacífico. My objective is to deliver solutions that drive user satisfaction and positive business impact.

When executing projects, I autonomously tackle challenging design tasks, prioritizing user needs while adhering to industry standards. What distinguishes my approach is my commitment to creating meaningful impact.

I actively foster cross-functional collaboration, engaging with the stakeholders, UX team and development team to ensure that our designs align with both user expectations and the business strategy. Through continuous refinement and data-driven insights, my goal is to deliver solutions that enhance overall success.

Outside of work, I'm all about enjoying life. I love exploring new cultures, meeting people, and trying different foods, so I travel whenever I can.

I always try to keep active, especially by playing baseball. The teamwork and strategy involved really get me pumped. Recently, I've started doing Jiu Jitsu, which is a blast, even though it's tough both physically and mentally.

Oh, and I'm totally into languages too! Right now, I'm learning German and Catalan. Learning new languages opens up tons of cool opportunities. These hobbies keep me balanced and bring out my creative side.

My work experience

    • Redesign of inhouse web apps for customer management and external web apps of clients.

    • In-depth research for the design of a new product that aims to be the new AWS of financial solutions.

    • Involved in the whole process of product design of a white-label banking platform for web and mobile platforms.

    • Continuous user research and usability test through from early stages of product design.

    • Heavily collaboration for documentation of generic definitions and design patterns.

    • Responsible of user flows, component behaviors definitions, icon accessibility assessment and templates definitions.

    • Conducted multiple presentations with stakeholders to review research analysis.

    • Teacher for the module of UX and Digital Interfaces for a Master’s Degree Course.

    • Overview of design principles, product design methodologies, design and research tools.

    • Students mostly from a dev-oriented background were able to effectively deliver by the end of the module a complete UX case study including ideation process, prototyping, testing and a research report.

    • Designed loan-related products for online banking in the mobile app platform

    • Run usability tests in Maze platform and conducted presentations of research analysis results.

    • Contributed to a project focused on leveraging new technologies to combat plastic waste and promote a circular economy.

    • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including members from Orange, we designed and developed an AR prototype aimed at increasing awareness about microplastics.
